Hey Mujina. Just wanted to say I'm very impressed with your logo and website design. Is that morse code?

yep, a little photoshop, theme fonts (morse v2) and no magic at all =))

Well it's the best I've seen so far.

Wondering if you are interesting in whipping up one for Optimus. I know what I want, it's just hard putting it together...

If you are interested I can send you the pics, dimensions, etc. I wouldn't even mind if you signed it in the bottom corner... heh.

Awesome.

Basically, I want this image filtered with the scetch/artist effect (In Gimp, I don't know how to do it in PS)and with the edges either a gradient or a nice border - whatever looks better. On top of that, I want our logo. You can arrange the reaper and the word 'Optimus' however you want.

Lastly, the Genide pilot (Found in the fan site kit) - also with the sketch/artist effect.

Whatever works, I'm just having a hrd time putting it all together myself.

Max width is 1000 pixels (the width of our forum).

I'll do my best! I mean I'll try =) It's really quite difficult to combine this image and your logo. But I will try. I'll do several versions of this image, so that you can choose the most appropriate.
btw i need to see your clan forum or website, so I can see what u need exactly.

Oh my God that is simply amazing. o.O Even with a tough background like that, it's turning out excellent. Don't stress to much, though, just use whatever background works best. The only thing I can suggest at this point.. is, um... maybe a bit lighter and some sort of border - either gradient or a line.

The reaper emblem is awesome. Did you by chance save that separately? I would love to have it and it would look great on our clan station, ships, etc.

Looks good. Though both fonts are good, I like your first one better. Also, no need for the Tyi pilot unless it works out better with him in it. Oh, and the scetch/artist effect. It matches our forum background.

by the way, I usually take just for a logo around 15-20 dollars, cause it is really hard work, so... you know what I mean...

Awesome work, Daneska. Sorry if I seemed like I was pushy... the questionnaires show I'm a perfectionist.

Anyway, I made the final changes by adding the transparent gradient border. Unfortunately this covered up your signature. Feel free to edit it and I will replace it on our forum.

For the emblem with the reaperr in it, do you still have just the background? (The blue, glass ball with the alien text)

I'm creating insignias and I could use it. The lower ranks will be one scythe, then two scythes, and then something like two scythes and a skull. Then comes the full reaper.

I have 2 news - a good and a bad, I'll start from the bad:
There is a little problem with fonts. PS CS3 is not support that fonts =(( I've made your logo on my notebook with PS CS2, so when I opened your logo to restyle it to a insignia, fonts were changed to a rastr graphic. So if You want to use that fonts you need a Photoshop CS2.
And a good news: What u think about this insignia (In hull breach ranks it can be an specialist or an officer rank) You need only to resize it for your needs

if you want a can make insignias for all your clan ranks based on this picture for a small fee =))) just kidding

I'd prefer your designs to be similar in terms of bronze, silver, gold, 1, 2 or 3 stars, and 1, 2, or 3 pins. But whatever works!

mmm nice! very good, but i think that a black space between logo and edges is too big. I guess you take it from some kind of clipart, or something? =) whatever..
Just wanna say one more think.. I think you need to keep a same color gamma in all the rank insignias.
And the last thing =)) I think that the "SPECIAL OPERATIONS LEADER" rank need to bee renamed to something different (it is only suggestion)
